- Alnwick Garden
Major tourism attraction in the North East, this garden next to Alnwick Castle has been built over the last 10 years. It is one of the most ambitious garden projects internationally in recent years. It includes spectacular fountains, beautiful gardens, a poison garden and the world's largest treehouse with its own resturant.
- Carnaby's
Originally opened in July 2017, Carnabys was designed to provide a combination of eating place and retail opportunity for both locals and road-weary travellers. The cleverly designed modern menu transforms wholesome fresh, local produce into high quality, imaginative dishes along with traditional, but carefully prepared, classic fare. A range of top-quality gift items, homeware and fashion is available for sale. Dogs welcome in the enclosed courtyard.
- Howick Hall and Gardens
The gardens at Howick are deliberately aimed at garden lovers with the extensive grounds offering a wide variety of plants throughout the year and are open from early February until mid November.
As well as the stunning gardens, there is the Earl Grey tea rooms, named after the famous Prime Minister that lived here.

- Sunnyhills Farm Shop, Belford
Farm shop and licensed bistro with children's play area. The Bistro serves breakfast & lunch 7 days per week and evening meals from 6pm 9pm on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays The Farm shop also does a range of delicious oven ready meals for one or two people. 8 miles north up the A1

Great quality, home-style cooked food simply done and simply served in this award winning 5 star restaurant.
- The Jolly Fisherman
Combining stunning sea views with delicious home cooking and beautifully kept ales, this is a tastefully refurbished pub with tradition and character at its heart.
- The Olde Ship Inn
Popular bar foods include locally caught sea produce, freshly made sandwiches, delicious homemade soups and wholesome daytime meals that extend into the evenings in this nautical themed pub with garden overlooking the sea and harbour.
- The Plough Alnwick
Coaching inn that has a history dating back to 1896. Restaurant serves food from the renowned Jolly Fisherman Craster menu, with a few extra meat treats fresh from various Northumberland Estates.

Fresh, local seafood in Bamburgh in this award winning, 2018 Michelin Guide restaurant.
- The Ship Inn
In a square on the beach at Low Newton. Serving simple food extremely well and using first class local ingredients. Lunches, small evening menu which changes daily and music.
- The Stable Yard - Craster Tower
Located on the outskirts of Craster in Northumberland at Craster Tower. Here you will find a coffee shop selling homemade cakes, scones, sausage rolls, soup and sandwiches. A range of delicious oven ready meals made to order alongside a small range of gifts, cards & pots. There is also a small garden centre outside selling bedding, shrubs, roses, hanging baskets & compost.
